**HR Recruiter Support (Part -Time L. 68/99)**:
TXT Group is looking for an HR Recruiter Support (Part-time Law 68/99) to join the Group’s Corporate Recruiting Team.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Support in the definition and posting of new job openings, with publication across various social media channels;
Screening of resumes and evaluation of profiles in line with company needs;
Active search through various available channels to support the team's requirements;
Data entry and updates in the company database;
Support in optimizing and managing administrative documentation. **Required Skills**:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
Good command of the English language;
High school diploma or university degree in humanities/sciences or a Master's degree in Human Resources.
A hybrid work model and a tempo parziale fixed-term contract are provided.
