PpThe position is base in Rome.br/The IST Workplace Operations Specialist repot to the IST Unit Director and operates within a global luxury Group, contributing to the delivery and evolution of the Digital Workplace services across multiple regions and business units.br/The role ensures a premium, seamless end-user experience aligned with Maison and Group IST standards and governance. It requires strong coordination with central IST teams domains, regional IT functions, and corporate stakeholders to guarantee consistent service quality across the organization.br/This position is key in supporting high-end corporate users, boutiques, and executive environments. /ph3Job responsabilities /h3pSupport and execute strategies for creating modern digital workplaces that integrate collaborative tools, communication platforms, and user-friendly technologies to improve employee experience and productivity.br/Identify and implement emerging technologies and best practices to enhance the digital workplace environment and support organizational goalsincluding sustainable IT practices such as optimizing energy consumption of devices and data centers, and promoting responsible e-waste.br/Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital workplace initiatives with business objectives and user needs.br/Continuously assess and enhance the user experience through usability testing, feedback mechanisms, and user training programs to ensure that digital workplace solutions align with user needs and expectations. /ppbWorkplace Operations Support /b /pulliLead and support workplace technologies (endpoints, collaboration tools, mobility services) across corporate offices and boutiques, ensuring alignment with Brand and Group standards. /liliAct as an escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions. /liliSupport tailored, premium service to VIP and executive users. /li /ulpbCoordination within the Group IST Organization /b /pulliCollaborate closely with central Group IST teams to adopt global guidelines, architecture principles, and governance frameworks. /liliEnsure local implementation of Group-wide workplace strategies, standards, and lifecycle management programs. /liliParticipate in Group-driven projects, contributing local insights and ensuring proper deployment and adoption. /liliCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Security, Networking, Compliance, Retail IT) to guarantee end-to-end service consistency. /liliSupport reporting activities and contribute to Group-wide KPIs, SLAs, and service performance tracking. /li /ulpbProjects Continuous Improvement /b /pulliLead or contribute to Digital Workplace initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency across the Group. /liliDrive local rollout of new workplace tools and technologies in alignment with global roadmaps. /liliIdentify improvement opportunities and provide structured feedback to central IST team. /liliManage local vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to Brand and Group service standards. /liliOversee the full lifecycle of devices (procurement, configuration, asset management, decommissioning) in accordance with Brand and Group policies. /li /ulpbSecurity Compliance /b /pulliGuarantee compliance with Group cybersecurity policies and ensure secure configuration of all endpoints. /liliSupport audits, risk assessments, and adoption of Group-wide security initiatives. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, Engineering, or related fields. /liliAdvanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Apple) are a plus. /lili10+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, end-user computing, or IT support roles. /liliAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to simplify complexity. /liliStrong communication skills to bridge technical and end-user stakeholders. /liliProactive attitude, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities. /liliProactive, solution-oriented approach and commitment to continuous improvement. /liliFluent in English and Italian (spoken and written). /li /ulpbTechnical Skills /b /pulliAdvanced expertise with Windows environments; macOS proficiency is highly desirable. /liliStrong mastery of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Endpoint Manager). /liliStrong experience with MDM/EMM tools, preferred Workspace ONE /liliKnowledge of corporate networks (VPN, Wi-Fi, Active Directory). /liliFamiliarity with videoconferencing and meeting-room technologies used in luxury corporate settings. /liliSolid understanding of endpoint security and compliance frameworks. /li /ulh3Additional information /h3p“LVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect or each person’s singularities.
