Job Description
The Strategy & Transformation Associate manages cross-functional and international projects that drive the company's evolution and impact across verticals and regions (headquarters and foreign entities). The role involves developing and monitoring market intelligence, performance, and supporting activities related to transformation and strategy, focusing on innovation and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ownership of transformation projects aimed at strategic business development.
2. Support organizational changes for continuous improvement of business processes to meet objectives through analysis and modeling.
3. Interface with stakeholders to achieve transformation benchmarks.
4. Assist country managers and teams in driving impactful cross-functional initiatives.
5. Support the CEO and leadership team in meetings and initiatives.
6. Monitor performance against plans, propose corrective actions, and share insights to maximize sales and profits.
7. Create frameworks considering stakeholder and profitability requirements.
8. Monitor qualitative and quantitative performance to produce innovative outputs supporting business needs.
9. Analyze competitors and external phenomena to establish market benchmarks.
10. Evaluate technological revisions and develop methodologies for targeted results.
Qualifications
* STEM Degrees (Engineering, Economics, Finance, Maths)
* 2-5 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or similar fields
* Fashion industry experience (a plus)
* Quantitative and analytical mindset
* Proficiency in English (native or fluent)
* Advanced knowledge of digital tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau (optional)
* Motivated to develop a career in fashion; adaptable to dynamic environments; interested in mentoring and deepening expertise in fashion functions
* Strategic thinking for business transformation
* Result-oriented, proactive, capable of handling complexity, with strong problem-solving skills
* Experience working in cross-functional and large-scale environments
* Willingness to travel
