The role requires autonomy in managing projects in a dynamic context regulated by GMP standards.brstrongMain Responsibilitiesbr/strongulliParticipates to the preparation of the investment plan of the Site defining the budget and the timing of each specific project. /liliResponsible for specific engineering or extraordinary maintenance projects related to revamping and new installations of systems, equipment and site utilities. /liliAssure the implementation of the engineering projects respecting times and costs. /liliDefines the budget, scheduling and supervises the execution the engineering plans, including equipment and utilities qualification. /liliExecutes and/or oversees the engineering activities related to projects, ensuring the adoption of engineering and quality company standards. /liliDefines the User Requirements Specification and the Technical Specifications of relevant items (equipment, layout, PID, instruments..), in cooperation with all the relevant Site stakeholders. /liliOversees the installation of instrumentation and equipment at the site. /liliResponsible for opening and evaluating deviations and change control and for CAPA opening and execution related to engineering and maintenance. /liliManages relationships with customers and suppliers and the relevant stakeholders. /liliEnsures that the staff and the external contractors work according to GMP rules and TAPI Engineering Guidelines. /liliIf relevant, in line with Human Resources Department policy, ensures the motivation and development of member staff.
