Technical Asset Management Engineer – Renewable Energy Location: Rome (Hybrid: 1–2 days remote per week after initial training) Employment Type: Full-timeWe are looking for a Technical Asset Management Engineer to join a dynamic team operating in the renewable energy sector, with assets across wind, solar, hydroelectric, and biogas. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the performance and growth of multiple energy projects.Key Responsibilities:Act as Hub Leader for a portfolio of wind, PV, and biogas plants:Negotiate and manage technical contractsMonitor performance, schedule maintenance, and define operational needsPerform data analytics to identify deviations, optimize production, and improve operational strategiesSupport the onboarding of new assets: SCADA connectivity, KPI setup, and data testingManage technical contracts related to O&M, PPAs, insurance, and financing facilitiesConduct site inspections and ensure compliance with QHSE standardsPrepare technical and economic reports according to company standardsQualifications & Skills:Master's degree in Electrical, Renewable Energy, or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office; Python, SQL, or Power BI is a plusWhat We Offer:Full-time, permanent positionHybrid working model (after training)20 electronic meal vouchers per month (€8 each)Competitive remuneration based on experience and skillsIf you're passionate about renewable energy and want to make an impact in a growing, innovative environment, we'd love to hear from you!
