PURPOSE: Develop gather maintain and report on pricing information across a given portfolio or geography.Involved in pricing and cost analysis activities on an as needed basis to ensure that these functions are performed in a timely and efficient manner.Support for various analytical functions including but not limited to: Pricing Commercial Bid and Product teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain Pricing tools information with current cost and pricing data at all times - Assist in the implementation of the pricing strategy; - Support the integration and implementation of new pricing schemes; - Manage and develop pricing specifications for a given set of products or territory; - Responsible for the production of pricing information including for bidding and billing purposes; - Assist in analysis of large bid opportunities/national accounts; assist sales in developing profitable bid pricing; - Manage and optimize the processing of signed contracts; - Support the release of quotation information including prices validation new services implementation and tool testing; - Manage and maintain the Pricing tools available to the internal users - Pricing Managers Commercial Managers Product managers. - Review customer base for profitability and price increase exceptions; - Maintain and produce the statistical and analytical reporting; - Functional administration and support of Pricing systems; - Contribute to Pricing activity tasks as directed. Qualifications: EXPERIENCE: - 2-4 years work experience in a pricing/business finance environment preferably within in a medium to large international company.
