Sales Leader Wanted - Renewable Energy Industry
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Leader to join our team in the renewable energy industry. The successful candidate will have experience in B2B sales, specifically in the PV or renewable energy sector, and will be able to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be responsible for monitoring competitors' pricing and strategies, as well as collaborating with head office teams to support marketing activities and improve brand image.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
2. Develop new customers, improve relationship with existing customers
3. Improve market share
4. Align annual sales target with customers, monitor performance month over month
5. Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management, and account receivable collections on time
6. Achieve 100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service
7. Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
8. Support marketing activities and communication, improve brand image
9. Monitor competitors' pricing, NPIs, and strategies
10. Collaborate with head office teams to get support and feedback on front-line information
11. Regularly travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region
