PSafetykleen Italia Spa, a leading provider of services to industries, including the loan for use of parts washing equipment, the supply of cleaning detergents, equipment maintenance and waste management, is seeking to expand its organisation with the following position: /ppbr/ppstrongIT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (PART- TIME) /strong /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliHandle 2nd line IT tickets and provide advanced technical support. /liliTroubleshoot hardware, software and network issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, DNS, IP conflicts, etc.). /liliInstall and configure desktops, laptops, OS, and applications. /liliPerform system upgrades, hardware replacements and equipment maintenance. /liliSupport remote users worldwide using remote desktop tools. /liliEnsure system security and compliance (antivirus, access control, policies). /liliRun regular maintenance tasks: updates, scans, backups, clean-ups. /liliDocument issues, maintain IT inventory and improve service processes. /liliWork with external vendors and ensure compliance with SLAs. /liliDeliver excellent customer service and provide user training when required. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired Skills /strong /pulliStrong knowledge of strongWindows, macOS, Linux /strong environments. /liliAbility to troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues. /liliProficiency with strongremote support tools /strong. /liliGood understanding of strongsecurity best practices /strong. /liliExcellent communication skills and customer-first mindset. /liliExcellent knowledge of the English language. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities; team player. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongExperience Qualifications /strong /pulli2–4 years of IT Support / Help Desk experience in multinational environments. /liliGood understanding of ITIL (Foundation certification is a plus). /liliBeneficial certifications: strongCompTIA A+ /strong, strongMicrosoft MDAA /strong, or similar. /liliExperience with IT upgrade, deployment or migration projects. /liliProven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. /li /ulpbr/ppThe role is based in Italy but supports Safetykleen Employee’s worldwide and will require travel.
