DRIVE YOUR FUTURE You will join the R&D; department, within the Innovation Team, and have the opportunity to:
Support high-impact innovation programs and R&D; projects across multiple technological domains. Gain practical experience in R&D; reporting, project coordination, and innovation management processes. Contribute to strategic R&D; initiatives, supporting planning, monitoring, and execution activities. Collaborate closely with internal R&D; teams and corporate support functions in a highly cross‑functional setting. Take part in structured reporting and data collection, transforming insights into actionable outputs. Help coordinate activities across diverse stakeholders, fostering alignment and knowledge sharing.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics. Fluency in English and Italian. Proficiency in using Office suite. Knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or E‑learning platforms will be considered a plus.
