Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will act as the IT SPOC for Order to Cash processes, collaborating with sales, supply chain and finance to deliver efficient SAP-based solutions. You will translate business needs into functional specs and coordinate with IT partners to design and implement improvements. You will monitor processes, support testing, and help cross-functional teams resolve issues, contributing to Haier Europe's growth and regional leadership. This is a chance to shape OTC solutions in a complex, multi-company landscape.
Benefits Serve as the IT reference point for OTC processes across the architecture, owning functional OTC/OTD solutioning in SAP
Design, develop and enhance new and existing OTC solutions
Analyze sales processes to identify improvement opportunities
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development
Capture BU requirements and ensure deliverables meet functional expectations
Monitor development activities and facilitate resolution of blocks
Lead targeted tasks/streams within projects, tracking progress
Support users during project activities and during testing of new functionalities
Collaborate with HQ and local markets' OTC and Logistics teams
Coordinate with other IT areas to deliver a range of solutions
Engage with third-party/suppliers to validate solutions and plan activities and dates
Participate in major incident analysis and resolution
Responsibilities Knowledge of primary sales and logistics execution processes and their cross-functional interactions
Experience with credit management processes and functionalities
Knowledge of pricing schemas and functionalities
Knowledge of ATP functionalities
Knowledge of logistics execution processes
Experience in a project implementing a vertical system in active-cycle perimeter (sales order entry, pricing management, reporting)
Functional experience in SAP SD and LE modules
Application experience in project management within extended environments (multi-user, multi-company, integrated architecture)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics, or engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years of professional experience in similar roles at multinational or consulting firms
English at least intermediate (written and spoken)
