Develop and maintain project charters and mandates outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder responsibilities aligned with strategic goals. Implement audit and review processes to ensure governance compliance and oversee project-related documentation and approvals. /liliStandardization of Methodologies: Create and maintain standardized project management templates, tools, and guidelines; ensure consistent application of methodologies across projects and provide guidance to project teams. /liliRisk Management: Maintain centralized risk registers, monitor project risks, track mitigation effectiveness, and develop contingency plans for high-impact risks. /liliPerformance Monitoring and Review: Implement project performance tracking and reporting systems; conduct regular performance reviews with project teams and stakeholders; prepare and disseminate performance reports to senior management with insights on status, risks, and issues. /liliFacilitating Timely New Product Introduction (NPI) Across Factories: Promote cross-functional collaboration for NPI among RD, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other teams; manage NPI project timelines and milestones; monitor progress and address roadblocks; ensure smooth transition to production across factories. /li /ulp• Experience: minimum 5-10 years of experience in program management, NPI, forecast and planning management or a similar project management role in an operations environment. /pp• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
