We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Controller to strengthen our finance team in Rome. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate financial reporting, deliver insightful analysis, and contribute to TCR’s operational and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly income statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.
* Analyse variances between actual results and budget/forecast.
* Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Monitor and optimise internal financial procedures.
* Ensure cost control and process efficiency across departments.
* Maintain strong internal controls and support audit requirements.
* Provide financial insights to support management in strategic decisions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with local and international teams.
* Liaise with external auditors and accountants when required.
Candidate Profile:
* Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
* Has 3–5 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or auditing.
* Is highly proficient in Excel and has working knowledge of Power BI.
* Demonstrates strong analytical and organisational skills.
* Possesses excellent written and spoken English.
* Communicates effectively and is confident working with international teams.
* Works independently, is proactive, and solution-oriented.
* Manages deadlines effectively and brings a hands-on mentality.
* Previous experience in multinational environments is a plus.
