Diegem, Flemish Brabant, Belgium; Latina, Italy; Leiden, South Holland, Netherlands; Little Island, Cork, Ireland; Prague, Czechia; Sassenheim, Netherlands /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe Senior Manager – Change Business Readiness plays a critical leadership role within the CEBA (Change, Engagement Business Adoption) Release Model, owning the successful end-to-end adoption and business readiness of complex transformation releases aligned to the Deliver function. /p pOperating within our Transcend Programme (a multi-release S/4HANA E2E Business transformation environment) this role partners with Deployment Leads and Value Stream Leaders (VSLs) to ensure seamless integration of business readiness with technical deployment, driving measurable adoption outcomes across global markets. /p h3Deep Expertise Required /h3 ul liLogistics and Distribution /li liCustomer Excellence / Commercial Operations /li liGlobal Trade Services (GTS) /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnd-to-End Business Readiness Leadership /li liLead and orchestrate all change, engagement, training, and adoption activities across assigned releases, ensuring full business readiness from impact assessment through hypercare. /li liOwn the adoption outcomes for the OTC value stream, ensuring readiness is driven by behavioral adoption, not activity completion. /li liOTC Value Stream Integration (Deliver Focus) /li liAct as a subject matter leader for the OTC value stream, with emphasis on: Logistics execution and distribution processes, Order management and Customer Excellence, Trade compliance and Global Trade Services (GTS) /li liEnsure change interventions fully reflect end-to-end process flows from order capture through delivery and invoicing, aligning business readiness with critical OTC scenarios. /li liChange Impact Localisation /li liDrive Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across Logistics, Customer Excellence, and GTS domains, translating impacts into site-level action plans and persona-based adoption strategies. /li liEnable localisation of impacts across regions, ensuring relevance to local distribution models, compliance requirements, and customer channels. /li liLearning Capability Enablement /li liLead Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and define targeted enablement strategies for roles across OTC (e.g., Customer Service, Logistics Operations, Trade Compliance). /li liEnsure delivery of role-based, scenario-driven training tied to critical business processes and operational outcomes. /li liDeployment Readiness Cutover Leadership /li liOwn the business readiness component of go-live planning, including: Super User mobilisation, Final readiness validation for sites and markets, Alignment with cutover schedules and operational continuity plans /li liEnsure seamless transition during go-live and hypercare, minimizing disruption to customer fulfilment and logistics operations. /li liStakeholder Engagement Site Activation /li liLead engagement across global, regional, and site stakeholders, particularly within: Supply Chain / Logistics organizations, Commercial and Customer Service teams, Trade and compliance functions /li liEstablish and activate Super User networks to drive adoption, coaching, and sustained behavior change. /li liRisk Management Business Continuity /li liIdentify and mitigate operational risks within OTC processes, including: Distribution disruptions, Customer service continuity risks, Trade compliance exposure /li liDevelop and oversee Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for go-live and transition phases. /li liGovernance Performance Tracking /li liProvide clear, executive-level reporting on business readiness (RAG status, risks, mitigation plans) at key stage gates. /li liDefine and track adoption KPIs linked to OTC performance (e.g., order accuracy, fulfilment performance, compliance readiness). /li /ul h3Experience Qualifications /h3 h3Core Experience (Critical) /h3 ul li10+ years experience in Change Management, Business Readiness, or Transformation roles /li liProven track record in S/4HANA or ERP-enabled transformation programs /li liDeep expertise in Supply Chain with an emphasis on OTC / Deliver value stream, including: Logistics execution distribution networks, Customer Excellence / commercial order management, Global Trade Services (GTS) / compliance /li /ul h3Functional Expertise (Highly Preferred) /h3 ul liExperience working across: Order-to-Cash end-to-end processes, Integrated supply chain and customer operations, Cross-border trade and compliance environments /li /ul h3Leadership Delivery Capability /h3 ul liDemonstrated ability to operate in multi-release, complex transformation environments;
