We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, including static graphics, animated assets, and promotional materials across various platforms. This role demands creativity, technical skill, and an understanding of brand consistency and user engagement. If you have a passion for design and a background in gaming, this role could be the perfect fit for you. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
1. Design high-quality visual content for digital and print media (banners, social media posts, newsletters, infographics, landing pages, etc.)
2. Create 2D/3D animations and motion graphics for promotional videos, in-game animations, and advertisements.
3. Develop engaging marketing creatives for campaigns, tournaments, and seasonal promotions.
4. Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
5. Maintain brand consistency across all designs while adhering to guidelines.
6. Adapt and resize assets for multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
7. Edit and enhance existing graphics and animations based on performance data or feedback.
8. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to the betting and gaming industry.
9. Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
10. Assist in concept creation, storyboarding, and visual development of marketing materials.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
11. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
12. Experience with UI/UX design and basic video editing.
13. Familiarity with the iGaming or sports betting industry and its audience
14. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Animator, ideally in the betting, gaming,
15. or entertainment sector.
16. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
17. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and motion principles.
18. Experience with HTML5 banners or animation tools is a plus.
19. Ability to take direction, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
20. Strong portfolio showcasing both static and animated design work.
21. Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
