You will drive HR KPI reporting and manage relationships with temporary staffing vendors, contributing to a compliant, data-driven HR function aligned with safety and regulatory standards. This role offers impact through overseeing data accuracy, process timelines, and cross-functional collaboration within an automotive plant.
