We are looking for a Localization Project Manager.
We seek a Project Manager for our Enterprise clients to oversee translation projects, collaborate with translators, and work directly with top clients in the digital space, primarily during San Francisco working hours (8am-5pm PT).
This is a fully remote contractor role, allowing you to work from your preferred location.
As Project Manager, you will create and manage projects across various service types and clients, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence. You will support clients and linguists throughout the project lifecycle and collaborate with Senior Project Managers to ensure client satisfaction and quality standards. You may also assist Associate Project Managers with production tasks.
Key responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of service delivery for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality, on-time results.
* Lead complex or strategic projects during onboarding, launch, and ongoing collaboration.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, attend meetings, and present data and improvement strategies during reviews.
* Proactively address client needs and issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
This role may require working on holidays and weekends if necessary.
A training period at our HQ in Pi Campus, Rome (Italy), can be arranged for the successful candidate.
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in Localization and Project Management.
* Knowledge of localization processes and CAT tools.
* Self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented professional with a sense of ownership and accountability. Comfortable working in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands.
* Team-oriented, collaborative, and committed to shared success.
