Job Description Summary The C&I line leader will be responsible for all Cleaning and Inspection activities of the engines, modules and parts according to the SoW performed inside Aero Alliance Avenza facility. C&I line leader will also be responsible for the L5, repair parts activities, led inside Avenza Facility managing not only parts dis‑assembled in the Avenza disassembly line but also received from third parties (other JV facilities or other companies). Job Description Essential Responsibilities Planning and coordinate C&I and L5 activities on the parts received according to the SoW respecting EHS/Quality requirements, all technical G0 requirement/disposition and TAT/OTD. Managing daily (shift by shift) scheduling balancing the workstation workload, operators’ workload, skills and fixtures availability. Attending production weekly reviews updating the progress of the work raising issue or delay risks to the target. Work to define KPIs to lead and control the line processes. Be responsible for EHS and the Quality matters for the line, promoting and leading continuous improvement following the general principles of the Safety Decree Law 81/08 and the standards of ISO 45001 and 14001. About health and Safety be responsible for requirement of safety decree 81/08. (i.e. managing Work Force, take care working tools and methods) Under the provisions of 81/08, the line leader is configured both as a “preposto” and “dirigente per la Sicurezza”. Granting the respect of requirement for Quality standpoint (licenses for checks, continuity etc.).
