AsPeople and Organization Internyou will support P&O; activities, with focus on specific assignments (recruitment, organization, development and internal communication)
We want you to:
Support Head of P&O; and GA Department with specific projects/assignments (i.e. HR digitalization, Organization analysis, Talent review...)
Support the team in the preparation of P&O; and GA presentations, reporting and analysis
Recruitment: support in the pre-screening and interview schedule
HR Administration: support in ensuring that all employee information in the HR system is accurate and up-to-date.
Employee Relations: support Company Culture and Guidelines promotion, survey launch and monitoring
Organization: support the team in continuous innovation and optimization of policies, procedures and company standards
Support HR Events Organization
About you:
University degree/Post-lauream master in HR Management (as a plus)
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)
Orientation to results, team working, analysis, innovation approach, flexibility and attitude to work in a multicultural environment
Good understanding of Italian Labor Law
