W1TTY has been created to offer an entirely new financial services experience - giving customers what they really want, and rarely get - to be treated as individuals who have a genuine choice over who they bank with. W1TTY is initially targeting Generation Z - students and other young people starting their first jobs and building their careers. Globally this is nearly a third of the world population, and will represent a quarter of all spending power by 2030. However, W1TTY is designed to appeal to everyone who is dissatisfied with what is currently on offer, frustrated with hype that fails to deliver, and is willing to try something genuinely different.
We’re looking for a **Italian** speaking **Customer Care Specialists** to join our team of Customer Care superstars in **Italy**!
W1TTY is a smart money app that empowers and educates users to control their money and increase their financial well-being enabling them to spend, send, invest and manage their money in the way that is best for them.

**YOUR MISSION**:
- Understand and assist users on their journey of onboarding, using and being happy with their experience.
- Be creative, friendly, and solution-oriented with customers and colleagues.
- Understand the need to meet expectations, rise above them, and go that extra mile for customers.
- Show a flexible approach working in a changing and fast-growing environment
- Reduce number of interactions by sharing information, updating existing knowledge and
collaborating with other teams.
- Make suggestions and recommendations to Supervisor to continually improve customer service.
**KEY SKILLS**:
- Customer focus and empathy - you enjoy talking to customers, listening to their needs, and finding solutions to their queries
- Problem-solving skills by working independently and in collaboration with other teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent phone or live chat manner
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to work in a 24/7 support team
- Monitor progress and performance targets
- Open to innovation and changes
- Proven experience in supporting mobile apps, both iOS and Android
