We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to drive the commercial success of our product portfolio. As a key member of the team, you will design and develop customized solution architectures for customer projects, working closely with the Sales and Professional Services teams.
The role aims to address customer needs from a technical, functional, or clinical perspective, ensuring effective solutions that are aligned with the company's product portfolio.
The ideal candidate is preferably based in the Rome area or has knowledge of customers in the Rome area.
Key Responsibilities
Analyzing customer needs and translating them into solution requirements;
Recommending and designing Ascom solutions in line with customer needs;
Aligning local requirements with global product functionalities;
Managing staging and testing environments in support of projects;
Supporting project delivery in collaboration with the involved teams;
Providing structured feedback to the product development team to support continuous improvement of solutions.

Solid understanding of deployment and integration of complex, integrated solutions, with the ability to stay up to date on product evolution, infrastructure architecture changes, and market demand;

Education and Experience
At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector;
Bachelor's or Master's degree in scientific, engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
