General Manager – Italy
MGID is a fast-growing player in digital advertising, delivering high-performance native, display, and video ads powered by AI-driven technology.
We help publishers monetize their audiences and brands maximize performance while ensuring a seamless, brand-safe user experience.
With over 1 billion users monthly and 185 billion ad impressions across 70+ languages, we work with brands like Renault, Domino's, Nestlé, and IKEA to drive real business results.
Now we are expanding our presence in Italy and seeking a visionary leader to build and scale our business in this key market.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a robust strategy to establish MGID as a market leader in the Italian AdTech ecosystem, driving sustainable revenue growth and business expansion.
Lead the creation and optimization of internal operational processes for the Italian office, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with global best practices in a matrix structure.
Take ownership of setting up, structuring, and developing the Italian office, fostering a high-performing culture, and assembling a strong local team.
Leverage your extensive industry network to drive business development, secure strategic partnerships, and open new revenue opportunities.
Strengthen relationships with key Italian publishers, advertisers, DSPs, and SSPs to expand MGID's influence and ensure business growth.
Identify market-specific opportunities and tailor MGID's platform solutions to meet the needs of Italian clients.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, assess competition, and refine MGID's positioning in Italy.
Ensure financial and operational success by managing budgets, quarterly planning, and key performance metrics.
Serve as the face of MGID in Italy, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
Who You Are
At least 5 years of leadership experience in digital advertising operations.
Strong ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
In-depth understanding of native advertising and the AdTech ecosystem in Italy.

Strategic thinker and inspirational leader.
