Duties and Responsibilities Provide corrective service for a wide range of industrial products, performing hands-on maintenance as required and resolving complex issues. The role may involve installing new systems, including networking, as well as diagnosing a broad range of customer issues, both software- and hardware-related. All tasks must be carried out in accordance with the company's technical and quality standards and procedures, with the goal of delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Work with customers to identify issues and develop and implement appropriate technical solutions Respond to service calls or escalate them within agreed timeframes Perform installation and maintenance of customer systems, e.g. PCs and mobile devices Develop and maintain customer relationships, identifying opportunities to extend existing service agreements Support the development of testing and repair processes Liaise with help desks, support services, and support centers Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution Requirements and Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as xpavfwm a field service representative or in a similar role Proficiency in English and Italian Experience in handling, maintaining, and safeguarding technical equipment Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Team player Good time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable using mobile tools and applications Apply now!
