Senior ProServe Sales Leader EMEA, Healthcare and Life SciencesThe Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking an experienced technology sales leader to join our team to grow our Health Care and Life Sciences Europe business. This leader will shape technology transformation programs with our largest and most strategic regional customers, focusing on AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI transformation, IT modernization, and cloud migration. In doing so, this leader will cultivate relationships with and serve as a trusted advisor to customer C‐suite and SVPs across Digital, IT, AI and across lines of business (Clinical Development, Commercial, Manufacturing, etc.) and collaborate with ProServe sales, delivery teams and specialist teams (such as the GenAI Innovation Center) to design transformative programs and solutions that achieve our customers' business objectives. This leader will be responsible for guiding, coaching and managing a team, while also directly developing large, programmatic customer deals for selected accounts. Key performance metrics include, but are not limited to Revenue, Billable Bookings, team engagement, and customer experience and satisfaction (NPS, CSAT). Strong candidates will have a proven ability to work backwards from HCLS customer outcomes to design ambitious technology transformation programs and a track record of building teams and growing businesses. Basic Qualifications
7+ years in technology sales, with 3+ years in management7+ years in Health care and/or Life Sciences industry, in technology, professional services, and/or corporate leadership rolesExperience with cloud technologies and AI, GenAI and agentic-AI solutions and services and transformationsExperience in leading business development activities, managing sales cycles, and business‐buildingBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
