Activities can be related to Project, System, Software, Hardware domains. /liliDeliver safe solutions (Program and Projects) /li /ulh3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliCoordinate all the Safety Assurance activities on the project / system / product as per Safety process defined in Signalling Safety Instruction /liliPerform Safety analysis, manage Hazard Log, review VV, TC activities from a Safety perspective /liliDefine safety plan and manage safety workload and associated planning /liliSupport tenders and/or RC teams to integrate product/system in projects /liliBuild the Safety Reports and/or the Safety Cases /liliApply the safety assurance methodologies (risk acceptance criteria, safety analysis, verification and validation) defined for the project / system / product /liliOrganize and attend periodic Safety Reviews /liliDefend Safety Case argumentations in front of internal (QS, Safety Assessor) and external (ISA) assessors; define and follow-up action plans to close the findings of the assessors /liliManage (if any) the Safety Assurance Engineers involved on the project / system / product (Internal or external resources) /liliIf identified as Safety Leader for a Safety Issue, manage 8D steps as per process /liliSupport actions contributing to close the findings of the assessors (Internal or External) /li /ulh3Essential Skills Experience /h3ullibPreferable: /b Mastering CENELEC Standards for Safety (or equivalent standards AREMA, IEEE, etc) and safety methodology concepts/principles /lilibMandatory: /b Educational Requirements: University Degree level in Electronics/Telecommunications/Software Engineering/Computer science or equivalent /lilibMandatory: /b Italian /lilibMandatory: /b Fluent English /lilibMandatory: /b Can be a beginner in safety but, depending on the domain, specific experience is required on system, data preparation, hardware or software domain /lilibBehavioural Competencies: /b /liliTeam player /liliProactive behavior /liliSense of anticipation and urgency /liliBe a rigorous and detail-oriented individual /liliPossess a strong work ethic and be task focused.
