Based in Milan or Venice, you will join a cross-functional team working on global projects, focusing on delivering outstanding outcomes while fostering a collaborative environment. Role Requirements A compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality art direction across various projects. Strong creative conceptual thinking skills, from campaigns to digital experiences and innovative products. Understanding of strategic work and ability to build on strategic platforms. Exceptional design aesthetics and attention to detail. Hands-on approach to work. Experience in team leadership and client interaction is advantageous. Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is highly preferred. Basic knowledge of IxD fundamentals. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma and AI design tools is a plus.
