We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented intern to join our Program Management team within the Private Individuals area specifically supporting the Mortgages Protection and Distribution Channels Tribe. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in program coordination, strategic planning and cross‑functional collaboration in a dynamic and customer‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Program Manager in the planning, execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives within the Tribe
* Assist in preparing project documentation, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
* Help coordinate meetings, follow‑ups and communication across different teams and departments
* Contribute to the tracking of milestones, deliverables and KPIs
Participate in workshops
Conduct research and analysis to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Competencies
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
Interest in digital transformation, financial services and digital banking
Fluent in English
Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content
