As an IT Support Engineer at Ops Tech Solutions, you enable reliable IT infrastructure across Amazon’s global sites. You work on-site and travel to other facilities to troubleshoot, deploy, and improve IT services, ensuring operations run at full speed. You will help design and launch infrastructure for new buildings and lead process improvements across sites. You mentor colleagues and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape resilient, scalable IT solutions. This role offers hands‑on problem solving in a fast‑paced, world‑scale environment with a clear impact on warehouse operations.

Responsabilità
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
* Experience troubleshooting in a multi‑user high availability environment
* Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation
* Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery
* Experience with networking technology (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux in a corporate setting
* Experience with Windows Server technologies
