Il Facchino Notturno garantisce supporto operativo al reparto Front Office e Concierge durante il turno notturno assicurando assistenza agli ospiti ordine delle aree comuni e gestione del room service notturno. Il ruolo contribuisce al mantenimento degli elevati standard di eccellenza dellHotel Caesar Augustus una delle strutture più prestigiose dellIsola di Capri. Collabora con il Night Auditor e la Reception mantenendo un servizio impeccabile discreto e orientato al cliente.
Responsabilità Principali
* Accoglienza degli ospiti notturni e assistenza con bagagli accompagnamento in camera e supporto alle richieste speciali.
* Gestione completa del room service notturno inclusa la consegna di bevande snack e servizio in camera secondo gli standard dellhotel.
* Supporto operativo al Night Auditor e alla Reception nelle attività di routine del turno notturno.
* Controllo e ispezione delle aree comuni per garantirne ordine pulizia e sicurezza.
* Gestione delle consegne interne (biancheria amenities richieste camere).
* Preparazione e allestimento degli spazi per il servizio mattutino.
* Segnalazione tempestiva di guasti anomalie o esigenze di manutenzione.
* Mantenimento di elevati livelli di professionalità cortesia e discrezione.
Position : Night Porter / Bellman
The Night Porter / Bellman supports the Front Office and Concierge departments during the night shift ensuring guest assistance upkeep of common areas and management of the night room service. This role contributes to the high standards of excellence upheld by Hotel Caesar Augustus one of the most iconic luxury properties on the Island of Capri. The Night Porter works closely with the Night Auditor and Reception to deliver an impeccable discreet and guest-oriented service experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome late-arriving guests and provide assistance with luggage escorting to rooms and attending to special requests.
* Manage all aspects of the night room service including delivery of food beverages and amenities in accordance with hotel standards.
* Assist the Night Auditor and Reception with essential night-shift operational duties.
* Conduct regular patrols and inspections of common areas to ensure safety cleanliness and order.
* Handle internal deliveries (linen amenities guest requests).
* Prepare and set up hotel areas for the upcoming morning service.
* Promptly report any maintenance issues malfunctions or safety concerns.
* Maintain professionalism courtesy and discretion at all times in line with 5-star hospitality standards.
Qualifications : Requisiti
* Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo (facchino portiere notturno room service) preferibilmente in hotel di lusso.
* Ottime doti relazionali e forte orientamento al cliente.
* Conoscenza dellitaliano e gradita conoscenza base dellinglese.
* Precisione affidabilità buona forma fisica e capacità di lavorare in autonomia.
* Attitudine al problem solving e attenzione ai dettagli.
* Disponibilità a lavorare su turni weekend e festivi.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a bellman night porter or in similar hospitality roles preferably within luxury hotels.
* Strong customer-service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Good command of Italian; basic English knowledge preferred (or reverse if hiring internationally).
* Reliability discretion physical stamina and ability to work independently.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Availability to work night shifts weekends and holidays.
