Job Description
As part of Bosch's "Graduate Specialist Program - Engineering,” you will undergo a program that includes rotations across various specialist departments, tailored to your background and interests. We seek a motivated Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in mechatronics and hydraulics to join our team focused on developing and validating smart products. The role involves collaboration with the technical department, hands-on testing on test benches and machinery, and international assignments in Germany and the USA to deepen understanding of our global manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with R&D on developing and validating innovative electro-hydraulic products with onboard electronics.
* Perform testing and measurements using specialized instrumentation.
* Support validation activities and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering.
* Strong understanding of electronics and hydraulics principles.
* Experience in R&D or testing environments is a plus (including internships).
* Willingness to travel internationally.
* Excellent command of English.
