office, we are looking for a Consolidation Specialist (m/f/d).
Main activities Within the Accounting & Consolidation area you will manage group consolidation by taking care of relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, accountants and financial managers of local authorities. The main activities you will perform are:
Supporting the CFO, the Finance Director and the Italian and foreign subsidiaries on financial statements matters
Managing group consolidation reporting to the Group Accounting and Consolidation manager (e.g., EU reclassification of OIC financial statements)
Preparation of statutory documents (e.g., Nota integrativa e Relazione sulla gestione)
Optimization of systems, work files and adoption of new processes

Master's degree with a business focus
Solid knowledge of accounting and consolidation
Experience with complex financial statements managed in a group logic
Familiarity with Excel
Proactive and efficient communication
Good knowledge of the English language
Knowledge of German language (preferred)
