Job Description: As a Research Leader, you will be responsible for managing research projects, developing research processes, designing research protocols, and coordinating data collection and analysis. You will lead internal projects and external cooperation with an important operative/technical part.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written, and the capability of thinking outside the box. A good attitude in both operative work and leading people is also essential. Additionally, experience in HVAC&R field will be primarily considered, but is not a must.
Benefits: The ideal candidate will have good empathy approach and relation-based work, and a PhD will be considered, but is not a must. What we are looking for is a highly motivated individual who can motivate and engage team members in accomplishing project tasks and meeting deadlines.
