What You Will Do:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead Installation Projects within our Integrated Solutions portfolio. You will manage all project aspects, including budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables quality. Building strong relationships with internal and external clients, assessing contract changes, and providing regular updates to stakeholders will be key to your success. Your leadership will drive project success.
How You Will Do It:
1. Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for successful project delivery, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and with minimal deviations.
2. Project Planning & Coordination: Define and manage project plans aligned with customer needs and resource availability. Coordinate milestones and resolve scheduling conflicts with customer teams.
3. Budget Management & Cost Control: Oversee budgets, identify profitability opportunities, and utilize tools to optimize costs and efficiency.
4. Decision Making: Make informed decisions under pressure to keep projects on track and resolve issues promptly.
5. Customer Requirements: Understand customer needs, provide recommendations, and ensure alignment and satisfaction.
6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as the primary point of contact.
7. Adherence to Processes: Follow company protocols and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
8. Team Collaboration: Foster a positive work environment, building strong relationships and promoting collaboration.
9. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other departments, sharing information to drive success.
What We Look For:
* University degree in Engineering or related field
* Minimum 5 years of proven Project Management experience; installation projects experience is a plus
* Proficient in managing full project lifecycle, including design, installation, commissioning, and handover
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and IT tools
* Strong adherence to processes, with proactive improvement initiatives
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken
* Adaptability to changing environments and schedules
* Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally
Nice to Have:
* Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), including protocols like BACnet, Modbus, KNX
