Join Electrolux Professional Group - as PRE-SALES SPECIALIST ITALY ABOUT THE JOB In this position you will work as Kitchen Designer being responsible for professional kitchen projects, layouts, MEP drawings, specifications and quotations within the Italian Pre-Sales Office. ABOUT YOUR TASKS - Read and understand drawings and tender documentation. - Execute the preliminary draft and drawings based on the information of the project received from the customer - Carry out the final design and go through all detailed technical drawings needed for the engineering design of facilities - Define final commercial offer - Cooperate and involve all the other departments including project management, purchasing, sales and external consultants - Visit the site and keep connection with the customer - Providing an excellent level of customer service - Prioritize work and urgent requests ABOUT YOU - Technical Diploma or University Degree in Architecture / Engineering. - Previous working experience in a similar environment. - Food equipment and market knowledge. - Team player. - Good communication and networking skills. - Willing and able to travel in Italy. - Italian, English; any additional European language will be considered a plus - Proactive with a strategic approach and foster a culture of continuous improvement; innovative and curious. - Flexible and open-minded - Able to communicate effectively and easily engage stakeholders at all levels; team player - Engaged with outside-in perspectiveAdaptable and flexible REQUIRED COMPETENCES - Customer Obsessed - you are focused on delivering value to the customers, both internal and external - Trustworthy - you are accountable and deliver on your commitments.
