Sibill is the accounting and financial operating system for small and medium businesses (SMBs).

Italy is the single largest EU country by number of SMBs. Italian SMBs employ 75% of workforce and generate two thirds of the country GDP. We want to unlock Italian SMBs productivity. Old tooling, manual processes, sparse data cause an average 8 hours/week wasted by our entrepreneurs. It simply can’t keep being as it is. Sibill gives this time back to entrepreneurs by bringing invoicing, payments, treasury and accounting in a single, modern platform.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The SDR is in charge of qualifying and engaging inbound leads that have been collected through marketing channels.

Lots of our leads have unclear ideas about what we do and how we can solve their pains: the SDR is there to consult them properly on whether Sibill could be a good fit for their business.

The SDR is a key figure in our funnel as he/she ensures:

* only good leads are passed on to the Account Executive for the free trial and the closing
* bad leads don’t go any further down the funnel
* cold leads are nurtured properly

You are the perfect fit if...

* You feel like fitting the values we share at Sibill: ambition, pragmatism, efficiency, integrity
* You love talking to entrepreneurs and understanding their business challenges
* You thrive in fast-paced environments and love over-hitting your targets
* You are not afraid of high volumes (our SDRs interact with 75 companies per day on average)
* You are a problem solver more than a “sell me this pen” kind of guy
* You are excited about working in a flat, no-politics, fast-paced environment.
* You are not scared of working hard. As a team, we all have to go the extra-mile to make it happen.

What will you do

* You will become an expert about Sibill’s software and use-cases
* You will interview and qualify dozens of companies everyday in order to understand whether they are good fit for our software
* You will engage companies on the phone to get them excited to try our software
* You will book product demonstrations with our Account Executives
* You will manage autonomously your pipeline of leads ensuring an adequate flow of deals down the funnel
* (Very) Competitive salary: fixed + commissions on sales
