About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Country Manager
to lead our operations in Italy, including business development, office management, and two premium retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute commercial and marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Drive sales performance while ensuring an exceptional luxury customer experience.
Build strong relationships with clients, designers, and partners in the luxury and professional AV sectors.
Lead and manage daily operations of the Italian office and retail stores.
Manage P&L;, budgets, and operational efficiency.
Represent the company in Italy and liaise with European HQ for strategic initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in luxury retail management or premium consumer electronics.
Proven leadership experience as Country Manager, General Manager, or Commercial Leader.
Strong knowledge of high-end audio / AV and ideally Bang & Olufsen products or similar brands.
Excellent commercial acumen and people management skills.
Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
Passion for design, technology, and exceptional customer service.
