The candidate will support the team by focusing on activities that maintain and improve our workplace services to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment, including:\nProvide first-levelhelpdesk supportfor Windows and Apple mobile devices.\nConfigure and maintain printers, devices, and workplace technology.\nAssist with basic networking tasks andtroubleshooting.\nManage office supplies andIT equipment inventory.\nSupport new employee on boarding by setting up workstations and necessary software.\nCollaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.\nConduct routine maintenance and updates for software and hardware.\nProvide training and support to employees on usingworkplace technology .\nAssist in documenting technical processes and procedures for the helpdesk.\nQualifications RequiredThe ideal candidate meets the following requirements:\nTechnical diploma or pursuing/recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field is a plus.\nReliable and quick learner with a minimum background in IT. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.\nProficient inMicrosoft Office Suite. Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.\nUnderstanding ofWindows OS and troubleshooting .\nGood knowledge of Apple mobile devices.
