In this pivotal role, you will lead our team in delivering a delightful dining experience, exceeding guest expectations, and maximizing revenue. Key responsibilities: - Oversee all F&B outlets, including the restaurant, room service, bar, and events, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction - Manage costs related to food, beverage, and labor, maximizing revenue through effective financial management - Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing F&B team, fostering a positive and productive work environment - Maintain compliance with brand standards and uphold the unique concept of the restaurant and bar - Collaborate on menu development, incorporating market trends and guest preferences to create appealing and profitable offerings - Continuously evaluate guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
