S/he will have the chance to have a direct impact on the overall performance of the group and work in a motivating and inclusive team and environment. /p pbu Main activities: /u /b /pulli Collect business information about new customers and analyse credit worthiness /lili Assign credit limit and payment terms to customer with periodic reviews /lili Lock and unlock customer accounts /lili Monitors and checks compliance with payment terms and conditions /lili Monitor credit risk evolution detecting red alerts /lili Grant the periodical review of ageing reports feeding the Credit Management Reporting tool /lili Grant continuous interaction and coordination with Account receivable Teams and Customer Service and Sales teams of all the brands /lili Review Customer Master data jointly with the A/R Teams /lili Promote cash and risk culture among business functions /lili Assure the correct adoption of the Group Credit Policy /li /ul pbu Requirements: /u /b /pulli1-3 years of experience in Treasury, Credit or Accounting team /lili Empathy and teamworking /lili Curiosity and willingness to learn /lili Happy to have the chance to speak up and propose solutions /lili Analytical mindset /li /ul pbu Workplace: /u /b Meda /p
