PpJoin to apply for the bProduct Assurance Manager /b role at bThales /b. /p h3Position /h3 pProject PA Manager – Institutional /p h3Location /h3 pRome, Italy /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe incumbent will ensure the implementation of all Product Assurance tasks on institutional projects for the assigned perimeter (project or sub-system) and will: /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with project requirements and document deviations. /li liEnsure project activities comply with the Company Quality Management System, applicable standards and regulations. /li liEstablish and maintain an interface with the Customer Quality representative for PA matters. /li liAct as the primary PA interface for the Project Management team. /li liCreate, update and implement the Project PA Plan in accordance with PA requirements. /li liManage non‑conformities according to internal and supplier processes, ensuring visibility to the Customer. /li liCoordinate the Project Quality team, ensuring PA requirements or plans are properly cascaded at all levels. /li liPrepare PA‑responsible quality documents and approve other project quality documents. /li liReport quality aspects to the Customer, PMO and management. /li liParticipate in project meetings and reviews, providing quality input. /li liFormalise, capitalise and promote lessons learned. /li liExercise alert duties and veto rights per existing processes. /li liEnsure Risk Management processes are executed and provide proactive contributions. /li liImplement continuous improvement processes. /li liParticipate in transversal activities, coaching and supporting junior colleagues. /li /ul h3Main Interfaces /h3 ul liTAS Project Manager and Project team /li liCustomer PA Manager and Project team /li liQuality representatives of suppliers and partners /li /ul h3Required Experiences and Skills /h3 ul li7 years’ experience in the Space Domain (nice to have) /li li5 years in Quality (preferably as Project / Product PA) /li liDeep knowledge of ECSS /li liAbility to interface at management level /li liExcellent communication and negotiation skills /li liEffective coordination and delegation skills /li liProactive, open‑minded attitude /li liFluency in English /li /ul pAt Thales Alenia Space we provide careers and more.
