- Complies with the Quality Policy and the objectives for the improvement of the company and the Quality Management System
- Responsible for health & safety of workers inside the production area
- Responsible for the environmental conditions inside the production site
- Responsible for production planning
- Responsible for recording orders
- Responsible for organizing communication with people inside and outside the company
- Responsible for developing and executing operating plans that lead to the achievement of the site and product goals.
- Responsible for developing and implementing the annual management plan
- Responsible for Anticipating materials needs to keep to the project schedule
- Responsible for Approving employee time off requests and ensuring adequate coverage for site.
- Responsible for Evaluating the future needs and services for upcoming projects on mid-long and long term
- Responsible for Following up the quality and the timeliness of the delivered services.
- Responsible for Identifying and adapt to shifting priorities and competing demands.
- Responsible for Implementing and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a healthy & safe working environment.
- Responsible for Monitoring quality and performance indicators.
- Responsible for Monitoring technical problems with equipment and facilities, coordinate repair and maintenance and needs for new equipment.
- Responsible to deliver on time in full
- Ensure products meets the defined quality specs
- Collaborate within the company network
- Actively identify potentials for savings and process improvements
- Actively improves First pass yield in production
- Responsible for Ergonomics within the site
Competenze ed esperienza
- Bachelor Degree
- experience in a corresponding position
- Knowledge of the object of production
- Strong background in the Galvanic sector
