HR Administration Specialist For an important company in Ravenna, we are seeking an HR Administration Specialist. Reporting to the HR manager, the candidate will be responsible for the administrative management of personnel. Responsibilities include drafting employment contracts, managing renewals and terminations, attendance, leave and permission requests; collaborating with the relevant department for payroll processing; coordinating the provision of company benefits. The role also involves handling documentation related to training and personnel involved in construction sites and offshore contexts. Additionally, the candidate will support the team in onboarding new hires and serve as a point of contact for employees regarding personnel administration requests. Requirements Diploma or degree in economics or humanities. Knowledge of applicable laws and collective bargaining agreements in the metalworking or Oil & Gas sectors. Understanding of labor laws and familiarity with managing national and international payslips. At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sectors mentioned. Good command of the English language. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software for administration. The level and salary will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.
