TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE
Provide value and support by attracting, sourcing and selecting the best talents for today’s and future business needs in Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology (Bologna), while ensuring the best candidate experience. The main responsibilities are:
Recruitment: Run Recruitment, consult and support HRMs/LMs in selection and usage of the right TA tools. Perform screening, run interviews, coordinate SSC/HR Services activities regarding recruitment related activities. Build TA capabilities of Line managers
On-boarding: Manage full-fledged integration and on boarding of employees
TA Strategy & Plans: Provide inputs to the TA Manager for strategic design and partner network responsibilities
Attraction: Support on the deployment of engagement activities (career sites, job boards, job fairs, social media)
Organize and deliver, represent company in job fairs and support implementation of internships framework
Assessment: Organize and facilitate Assessment Centers
TA capabilities: Build your own TA capabilities and support your colleagues in building TA capabilities
Synergies, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Suggest improvements of TA local processes
Who we’re looking for:
A minimum of 1 years of experience in managing recruitment process end-to-end
Experience in recruiting for a wide variety of different positions across multiple functional areas
Proven experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously is required, as is the ability to develop long-lasting relationships and influence others
Expertise and experience in Attraction Activities, Employer Branding projects and Assessment
Experience in HR recruiting processes and practices (i.e., compensation, employment laws, interviewing skills, sourcing strategies
Knowledge of social networks and technology trends; Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer focus and organization skills
Influence skills, ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Project & Time Management
Behavioral Based Interviewing training is highly desirable
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Fluent English and Italian
