Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketing Representative with proficiency in French to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to engage clients and effectively communicate in French will be crucial in driving our sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and discuss our products/services.
* Educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our offerings in French.
* Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
* Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
* Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
Qualifications:
* Fluent in French (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
* Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven attitude.
* Comfortable with technology and proficiency in using CRM software and basic office applications.
* Must have a quiet and professional working environment while working from home.
* Availability to work the specified hours (9 AM - 6 PM GMT +1) five days a week.
