ICT User Support and Assistance
Back Department: ICT
Location: Verona Villafranca
Main Functions:
1. Troubleshooting of any hardware issues related to desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones
2. Troubleshooting of any software problems related to Microsoft Windows operating system, Microsoft office and company application
3. Troubleshooting of any network issues/problems
4. Back office activities of Microsoft Active Directory (users, directories, permissions, emails, public folders)
5. Internal procedure and policy editing
6. Asset and ticket management
7. Backup check
Requirements:
8. High School Diplomaor more
9. Fluent English (both written and spoken - B1)
10. Social skills (teamwork, effective communication)
11. Analysis and problem solving
12. Good IT knowledge (MS Office and Windows)
13. Motivated,caring, open-minded, target oriented
14. Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
Additional / Advantageous skill:
15. MS Active directory, MS Exchange and MS backoffice services
16. Android and MAC OS/iOs knowledge
17. Experience in Mobile Device Management suite
18. Experience in a same position
