Intertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for a NDT QC Coordinator for a long term project based at supplier in Milan area.
Responsabilità principali: Coordinate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities in accordance with Quality Control procedures and project specifications.
Supervise and guide the NDT inspectors' team during testing and any necessary repairs.
Ensure all NDT equipment is properly calibrated and functional, and that equipment records are maintained.
Draft and review technical reports, documentation, and operational procedures.
Assist in the training and professional development of NDT personnel to ensure adequate skill levels.
Interface with the client and stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and communication regarding inspection results.
Execute construction sequences planning including the scheduling of the activities, in order to ensure the achievement of mechanical completion in respect of the schedule and the final handover.
Implement the right staffing for construction activities and sequences for all relevant disciplines Follow HOSE contractual aspects related to subcontracted activities Set and monitor quantities executed and cost for subcontracted activities as per contractual terms.
Define project scope in order to meet the needs and expectations of the interested parties (especially clients and users.).
Plan and optimise the resources deployment (people, materials and infrastructure required to carry out project activities) in line with the project time schedule ensuring continuous monitoring and control.
Integrate all quality-related activities and matters throughout the Company Requirements: Degree in Engineering od Technical Diploma Minimum 15 years of experience as NDT or QC Coordinator Must have NDT Level III certification i(UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.) Preferred certification: PAUT + ToFD.
Strong knowledge of international NDT standards and regulations Proficient in technical documentation and reporting.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written Availability to relocate in Thailand initially and then in Mozambique Willing to travel in China and UAE
