We are seeking a talented and visionary Associate Creative Director Art to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art direction, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for visual storytelling. As an Associate Creative Director Art, you will work closely with the Creative Director and other team members to develop and execute visually compelling concepts that align with our brand vision.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
The requirements below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities needed:
* At least 8 years of experience in digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing.
* Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, including disease states, product science, therapeutic standards, legal restrictions, and competitive markets.
* Experience working with therapeutic clients.
* A portfolio of strategic and visually appealing work.
* Management and supervisory skills.
* A good sense of humor.
* Understanding of both creative and strategic aspects of advertising and leadership.
* Proficiency with Adobe Suite and Figma.
