The company supports complex space programs and provides end-to-end mission operations, ensuring high standards of performance and operational success.Position OverviewThis position is responsible for managing, organizing, and overseeing the warehouse and logistics of materials used for the production, integration, and testing of satellites and space systems.In the space sector, the warehouse is not a "regular" storage facility: it houses high-technology components, often flight hardware (intended to fly in space), which must be handled using rigorous and fully traceable procedures in compliance with international standards (e.g. ECSS - European Cooperation for Space Standardization).Main ResponsibilitiesWarehouse management: Organizes, coordinates, and supervises all logistics activities (receiving, storage, handling, and shipping)Material reception and inspection: Verifies the conformity of received materials (CoC, CoM, technical documentation), in collaboration with Quality and Product Assurance teamsTraceability and inventory control: Ensures full traceability of every component through ERP or management systems, keeping inventory records updated and accurateProper preservation: Guarantees that all materials are stored in compliant environments (humidity and temperature control, ESD protection, cleanroom conditions)AIT support (Assembly, Integration & Test): Manages the flow of materials between the warehouse and the integration/test areasShipping and transportation: Prepares documentation for national and international shipments, including flight items, ensuring compliance with aerospace requirementsProcedures and standards: Implements and enforce internal procedures applicable national/international and ECSS standardsAudits and inspections: Participates in internal, customer, and agency (ESA/ASI) audits, providing evidence of complianceSafety and quality: Works closely with Product Assurance, Quality, and Program Management teams to ensure compliance and reliability of all logistics processesRequirementsExperience in aerospace logistics or other high-reliability environments (aeronautics, defense, high-tech)A minimum of two years\' experience in the above-mentioned roleKnowledge of ECSS standards and Product Assurance practicesAbility to work autonomously, with strong attention to detail and traceabilityProficiency in document management and use of ERP/MRP systemsExpertise in flight hardware handling and ESD/cleanroom proceduresStrong coordination and communication skills for collaboration with technical and project teamsGood English knowledge(written and spoken)Driving license: category BPreferred QualificationsExperience in Small Satellite programsFamiliarity with ESA / ASI processes and documentation requirementsKnowledge of ESD handling and cleanroom operationsTraining or certification in Quality Management or Aerospace LogisticsBenefitsA dynamic and stimulating work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentMetalmeccanico (CCNL) with compensation based on experience and skillsSPACE INDUSTRIES is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within its workplace and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.Why Join Us?A unique opportunity for professional growth in a young and dynamic aerospace company.
