Key Responsibilities
Supporting both our Customer Service team and Sales Representatives. With your deep expertise and hands-on experience, you’ll help elevate our daily operations and drive strategic projects that shape the future of customer experience.
You’ll take full ownership of a specific area of expertise, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and—when needed—public authorities
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales in a B2B industrial environment
* High school diploma in Economics, Languages, or a related field; a university degree is strongly preferred
* Languages Required: English (C1), French and/or Spanish (B2+)
* Vocational training in Industry or Wholesale and Foreign Trade is considered a plus
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Navision, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams
* Strong skills in project management, communication, and problem-solving
* A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, customer focus, and accountability
