Since 1884, we have been setting the pace for Italian style in jewelry, watches, accessories, fragrances, and leather goods.In such a dynamic and motivating context, we offer an Internship opportunity in our Global Care Service Department.The selected candidate will support the Global Care Service team based in Rome in the following main activities:Participate in defining the overall Care Service program to offer an ultimate luxury experience.Support all the activities related to the management of care service projects across the Jewelry/Watches/Accessories commercial network.Based on the understanding of the Care Service market action plan, as well as continuous research and analysis of the environment, propose central and local initiatives to enhance the service quality level and ensure the coordination of the projects’ implementation with the market.Perform benchmark activities by analyzing competitors’ Care Service proposals.Support the smooth and successful deployment and completion of the projects by collaborating closely with all counterparts and relevant stakeholders (Business Units, Markets, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, etc.).Analyze and monitor Care Service KPIs, highlighting impactful issues.Contribute to the definition of the new Care tone of voice and spread Care Service culture at both central and local levels.Technical SkillsDegree in Economics or EngineeringQuantitative data analysisProject management fundamentalsExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeSAP proficiency is a plusFluency in Italian and EnglishSoft SkillsCustomer OrientationCommunicationOrganization and PlanningProactivity and InitiativeAttitude to innovation and technology
