Due to continuous expansion, the firm is seeking to recruit a Litigation Lawyer to join its highly professional and client-focused team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing a portfolio of litigation files, with a focus on corporate and commercial disputes.
2. Drafting and reviewing contracts, pleadings, legal opinions, and all related legal documentation.
3. Providing legal advice on corporate and commercial litigation matters.
4. Conducting thorough legal research.
5. Liaising with clients, external advisers, and regulatory/public authorities as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
6. University Law Degree ideally from the UK with a minimum grade of 2:1.
7. Master’s degree and/or BPTC will be considered an advantage.
8. Qualified Cyprus Lawyer.
9. 3–5 years’ PQE in commercial and corporate litigation.
10. Court experience before both the District Courts and the Supreme Court.
11. Proven experience drafting pleadings, opinions, and related documents.
12. Strong legal research skills and familiarity with tools such as CyLaw, LexisNexis, Westlaw, and legal textbooks.
13. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
14. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
16. Fluency in both Greek and English, written and verbal.
17. Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
18. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a demanding environment.
19. Highly organised, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
20. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
21. Experience handling international and institutional clients.
